Joe Leoni's Business Still Around?

#1 Post by James Bensko »

Anyone know whether Matt Leoni has continued Joe Leoni's generator restoration business in Denver? I've emailed Matt through the Registry Forum, but no reply.

I think the answer is probably no, but I’m not 100% sure. I wasn’t aware of that offering. When we licensed Joe’s books, his son Michael was doing the relay kits and book production, and college was preventing him from continuing.

Michael, you mentioned that you licensed Joe’s books, are these still available and where from? I’m specifically looking for his Pre A wiring book, thanks

Hi Alex, we offer them at no charge to members in PDF format. There are 2 Pre-A versions - 53 and 55. We had to go off paper scans for the 53 version because the original PPT files had been lost. If you want hard copy, it’s a DIY project, but this way we could get them into as many member’s hands as possible at low cost.

Here is the link to the download page on the main website: https://porsche356registry.org/content. ... _id=508436

Thanks to Matt and Michael Leoni for working with us to make this possible.
