There is a C model Sunroof Switch listed on 2040 parts website, in Northridge California, if that is any help. I think the original switches used Bullet connectors, and later switches had tab connectors, but I could be wrong. Good luck, jim

Refer to my pics in a previous post in this thread. The early switches have screw terminals. Later ones bullet and spade terminals.

If that fits in the factory switch pocket, it is a great replacement. One just has to figure out the connections since the factory one has three connections.

Mike, yeah that Bosch part number 0343302003 switch on Amazon has 4 connectors and has a black switch with chrome frame. Original was fully chrome with 3 wire connectors. The Bosch part number came from Brad's post above.

Drew,
Let me know if that amazon switch fits in the hole correctly. I'm looking for something to use with my aux. fuel pump.

That's how I power the electric fuel pump primer on my car. A pic of the way I wired it so either way you toggle it, it powers the pump.

I ordered the switch to have as a back up in case...... but will try to check the fit when it arrives and let you know. Not sure where its coming from as Amazon estimates its arrival 8/31-9/1.

Since I am using the switch to operate the sunroof, where would be your second choice to mount a priming electric fuel pump switch?

If that switch is too small for the factory opening, some have fabricated a bracket to fit a smaller switch and screwed it over the factory opening. Others have installed momentary, push/pull or toggle switches under the dash. Maybe others can post pics of their installations.

OK, the new switch arrived from Latvia in a generic Bosch box and looks exactly like the photo I posted above from the part listing on Amazon. It turns out that it is identical to the one I currently have installed, which is slightly smaller than than the opening in the bottom of the dash. A thin aluminum plate is installed in my car above the opening to secure the switch in place. Here's a photo of the installed switch under my dash to give you an idea of its size versus the opening's size.
