Tail light chrome surround.
Were any of these tear drop chrome surrounds ever originally fitted without the SWF logo and part # imprinted. I had someone state that European model were plain chrome. I have a great deal of trouble believing that statement.
If I had known I would live this long I would have pushed the envelope a little harder.

I can't believe that either David. No way Porsche would maintain separate inventory on an item as simple as that. Check to see what your source had been smoking.....
Some days it's just not worth chewing through the restraints.....

Thats what I said Wes but this was supposedly a higher end restoration shop. Not 356 specific however.

"Higher" being the key word. The idea just doesn't make sense. I bet they didn't have a reliable reference for the info. Kind of sounds as if it was somebody's reason for using a repro item on a restoration.
Some days it's just not worth chewing through the restraints.....
