Please do add me to the list to receive the new head light LED Bulbs.

Have a couple sets of the 6v turn LED bulbs installed and they are wonderful! One little issue on the โ€˜63 is one of the bulbs flashes (very low level) with just the battery on, but once the engine is started, that low level flash goes away. The light works normally when engaging the turn indicator. Ground issue?

Thanks for your great products.

All the signal light kits from Jules are delivered with the electronic flasher. Further, the flasher is well (believe it to be true) grounded to the body via the stud under the dash that secures the speedo cable. Thanks for your note, Mike.

Dan, I have you on the 6v headlight list. On the faint flicker, when you have time, please check the ground on the housing of the light that has the issue. There may be some bleed from another source potentially.

Today I received and installed Jules new 6 Volt LED headlights. I have had the competitors LED headlights for the past 18 months, and although they were much better than standard 6 volt sealed beams on low, they had no benefit when putting on the high beams. The high beams, had no real pattern to show further distance, or signs higher up. His new ones really match the more yellow natural look our cars had when new, yet significantly brighter on both low and high beams.
I am now extremely please to see further on low beams, further on high beams, yet use much less draw on the circuits. My car does have a headlight relay set up that came with the car when I purchased it, although that doesnโ€™t change the outcome. If you drive your 356 at night, and are not running His LED headlights, do yourself a favor and give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Hi Brian, they will go up as soon as I am caught up with the wait list, to be fair to those who showed interest early on. It will be a few days.

Here is a shot of a customer who just installed a set, just to give you an idea. Sorry for the quality, this was taken on the road somewhere.

Turns out it was a grounding issue. The light housing was not secured as it should be, but that did not fix the issue. Chased all of front end ground leads and re-secured all of the connections. No joy. Went back into the cabin and under the dash looking at all ground connection and finally retightened the new ground for the flasher...... and now the problem went away.

Looking forward to installing the new H4 replacements!

Jules,
just installed your 6V headlamps and am very happy with them. I had 6V LED's from a source in England but they were so white they looked like search lights at a grand opening! Yours are a more natural color yet still give all the advantages of LED's, well done!
Regards,
Don

Since I found this thread incredibly helpful during my decision to purchase the Vintage Trader lights, I figured I owe it to the group to share my review of them here. Long story short -- they're great and are 2-3x brighter. Buy them!

Vincent, great video. Real measured data is so much better. Thanks for providing. I have been running a set and they are indeed, much brighter. Mine are attenuated a bit by my french fryer headlight grills, but so much better than the earlier LEDs I had from a different supplier and the H4s that I am no longer overdriving the headlights.

We had 5 cars participating in this year's mille miglia that were completely set up with our 'complete car upgrade' - LEDs front to back, inside and out. Driver (and passenger) feedback was fantastic. Super happy that they were now able to see!
