Looks like a new backdrop in old style. The clothing and lighting in the pic are modern day. I agree with Brad.

Brad you are right, I never heard of a tool holder/tire cover from the factory. I have had one on my A for about 40 years, but came with an old VW I bought. Empi is selling a black vinyl cover for about $29, Part No. 4290
