I needed to adjust the split shaft Solex PII dependent butterfly with the small slotted adjuster screw. Were I a dentist I could have done it easily using a mirror. As it was I nearly gave up and pulled the carburetor. But I solved the problem by putting a brass tube around the screw driver blade, crimping the tube above the blade to hold it. The tube, about 1/8" longer than the blade end allowed me to slide the tube over the screw, rotate to engage the slot, and make the adjustment by feel. K&S brass tubing to the rescue...again.

This does a great job protecting your paint when doing other DIYs.
It "was" my wife's yoga mat...... won't slide off since it's made of rubber and is dent resistant too.
