Blocking the bottom?
In the last picture is a lot of it skim coated with filler? My car is so that’s not a criticism.

Martin - 99% will get sanded back off - but the bottom will be painted and not undercoated so I want it to look decent...

Getting very close to paint. Color scheme has been chosen. Hopefully final prime today...

okay! Sealer/sound deadener sprayed. Tinted rock guard in wheel wells. Will begin to shoot color next week!! WOOT!

I’ve never seen a pan skim coated and blocked! Very nice. What year is that color from? I can’t tell what type of color it is.

it's a brownish-gray color. Looks pretty wonderful in the light. I did 11 sprayouts on fender patch panels - everything from vintage porsche colors to hot rod candy. I settled on this. Used on 1967 GM cars - also a very similar color used on early 2000s Toyotas. Named "briarwood"

oh - and I decided to paint the bottom because i hate undercoat and this car is not going to get driven in rain or salt. I did the same thing on my 964 and am super happy with the results!
