Thanks I get it now. At first glance I was fooled, until I looked very closely. So your filter worked.

Doug - I can't tell from your post whether you purchased the car or not, but if you did - congratulations! What an iconic 356. I hope it has a dang good stereo in it!!!

God no Scott. It sold at auction for 1.6 million if I remember correctly. Belongs to a local woman though.

Thanks Doug. I couldn't quite tell from your comments whether you had bought it or not. Yeah, that's a lot of dough to have wrapped up in one car. I still listen to some Janus Joplin every now and then - she was the real thing. I'm glad I lived thru that era, but it seems so far removed from the world we live in today. That's one of the things I like about driving the 356 - it takes you back to simpler times.
