Aussie Outlaw of Stewart Webster's

#1 Post by Stewart Webster »

Hi guys,

as mentioned here - http://porsche356registry.org/356talk/1/30056.html, please find some pictures of the 1960 roadster outlaw that I built about a year or so ago.

Lots of nice little unique things done all over the car, and the end result I think is really clean and pretty.

Hope you enjoy the pics, feel free to ask questions.

Last couple - just realised I did not have a side on shot.

The car is all steel, including the tonneau cover that was hand beaten and the inner door panels.

Hope you enjoy :)

That is my grand daughter you might see in the shot!

Gidday Stewart.......thanks for posting your pics as well as your introduction. As a Yank it's been a pleasure to know a few Aussies and I can tell you you guys are the best. Looking forward to visiting your amazing country one day. Thanks for your support of the states over the years. I see my friend Dave has posted already so I won't have to "alert" him to your incredible outlaw example. :) Have a great day and of course - keep the faith, best regards, Bazza

Hi Stewart. Glad to see your still young enough to keep pushing that envelope. This does look incredibly well finished. Great job and so nice to see it properly photographed as well. Is the one with wings yours as well?
I've still got the sky blue C you sold to me in 2000. Lovely car and the engine you rebuilt is a real little gem. Just as you said it would be!
All the best

Lee

Excellent work, I especially like the front end treatment. The fog lights bring back the race car look of those years. Very creative. KTF

Hi Jacques if the screen is less than 8 inches at vertical no wipers are needed. Cheers
