Final pics, installed it back in the gas tank today, used Permatex 29132 that is gas resistant to seal the sender
I spaced the lowest part out about 1” from the bottom of the tank:

Sorry, a bit late now, just saw this. I didn’t replace the rivets, just cleaned them up. Hope you got yours sorted?
