Re: Quality Fiberglass Bumpers?
I see a supplier on EBay for fiberglass front bumpers but see nothing on rear bumpers. I would to take some weight off the rear. Anyone know of a source?

The bumper shell is pretty light in steel. It’s the brackets, guards, and molding that add up to pounds. Nerf bars is a common weight saving answer

Re: Quality Fiberglass Bumpers?
Perhaps not apples-to-apples, but the weight of a 1959 356 A front bumper with bumperettes, overrider bar, and deco trim is only 16.8 lbs (not including mounting brackets). No significant weight savings if going with fiberglass, maybe 5 lbs. +/-
