These are great ideas !!
I just got rear ended while stopped at a light and he mangled my bumper.
It's off the car now and I am thinking about not putting it back on. I have a GT skirt with center pipes where it's really accenting all nicely as well as the lower shape of the body of the car. I am really digging this look now.

I was thinking of looking for a rubber grommet that is two sided with a groove in the middle so it slots in that side hole but can't find one yet. I think I might go the faucet delete or hub cap route.
Regarding Nerf Bars, the ones available online state what years they fit, and none state my '60. All seem to be A cars.
Does anyone know if they are all made the same and would fit any car, is modification needed, or do they sell others that I just haven't been able to find yet ?

I’m surprised that the Iron Cross is considered acceptable on VW s and Porsches. It had various decent historical uses, but was certainly used by the Nazis. In its defense, it is still used by the German armed forces.

And it pre-dates Adolph and his band of miscreants.

It does. Likewise the Swastika, from India. I’m surprised that they aren’t tainted equally.

My comments are only about my surprise, I’m not outraged. But no Iron Crosses on my car.

Is it known if that’s a coincidental pattern, or a swastika?

It looks drawn in with a pencil, and rather more distinct than this rendition:

Also, yours has the arms bent clockwise (ala the Nazi Party) whereas mine (from Wikipedia) has the arms bent the "wrong way".
