Martin: With just a look at the spindles that Empi is producing there is no provision for retaining the caliper. MY CONCLUSION THAT THESE WERE 356A SPINDLES WAS INCORRECT.** I APOLOGISE!! ** WE HAVE ORDERED THESE SPINDLES AND INSTALLED THEM! They were returned to the seller with our analysis of their deficiencies. al zim

Absolutely 100% wrong! (Willfully wrong? I cannot read minds.)

Rod Emory explains explicitly and in detail (in the video Michael Branning liked to) that the EMPI item has the beefier 'B' dimensions (actually introduced late in the 'A' run) and requires the later larger-diameter roller bearings.
