Re: Exhaust Recommendation ... please
I find the stock exhaust loud enough on my A. They are really not the quietest of cars and for me a noisy exhaust would detract from the pleasurable driving experience.

Craig,
The vintage speed sebring fits well with Al's full flow kit.
Here is a picture of it in position, I will try and post a video later of the sound level, I dont find it loud, I would'nt like loud exhausts myself.

Re: Exhaust Recommendation ... please
Thomas I have found the clearance quite good, road humps are no issue, I have not in fairness tried a very steep driveway though.
Here is a better picture of the underneath showing the full flow and the exhaust.

Here is a quick sound byte. Just installed and the engine has about 1 hour run time on it.

Re: Exhaust Recommendation ... please
We are still running with the 4 /2/1 Extractor Bursch Street Quiet System.
The only observation is that You can't fit Ron's Full Flow Oil Filtration System, and the braided Oil Lines to our Remote HP1 Filter Unit comes fairly close to the exhaust headers. Not Ideal.
Looking to change this System when it finally fails, and replace with an Ahendorp System.
Regards Jay

Re: Exhaust Recommendation ... please
I contacted the owner on Sunday (the first day I was allowed to communicate) and told him how to quickly fix is muffler situation. My guess is that it would be a half hour job (both sides).
To the person who posted about purchasing a new muffler it is probably good idea to do that. Prices will go up and if the do not sell production will stop. al
