Years ago, I would drive my 71 280 3.5 coupe into the Mission Ranch (in Carmel, CA) on very early Sunday mornings. Typically between 6:30 and 7:00, I would see Clint Eastwood (the owner of Mission Ranch) drive up in his 280 SEL 6.3. He liked getting there at this time to do some book work knowing people would not be there to bother him, I think. I don't know whether he still has that car but I would not be surprised if he did.
