You can look at the car pictured on the inside cover of the club magazine. You are welcome to drive the car. This may be what you are looking at in your plans.

Unfortunately I was close to a purchase on a 65 SC with a 912 motor but the seller changed his mind and pulled his car off the market. I’m still on the hunt.

I'm still very new to the 356 world, so my advice should be taken with more than a few grains of salt. That said, I'm intrigued with what the folks at Powerhaus are doing and the 2332 engine seems to be a solid choice. It's currently top of my list, but I'll keep looking at options. Al has a wealth of experience and knowledge however, so I'd take the opportunity to visit his operation if you are ever in his neck of the woods.
