New Registry Website is Slow?

#1 Post by John Clarke »

Hi All
Does anyone else find that our new Registry website is now slow to load with the Homepage picture of a group of 356s very slow to open up completely before then being able to navigate to other areas / Topics?
Or is it just My PC / Broadband. It was very quick to begin with but now exhibits the same snail pace as the old site would do occasionally.
Just an observation.
Regards Jay

Plenty fast here. Maybe do a check of your internet speed, Jay.
Some days it's just not worth chewing through the restraints.....

Hi John,

We discovered that the main photo on the home page was a quite large JPG the other day, thanks to Gordon Maltby. Kobus Reyneke reduced the size so it should load faster. Can you test it?
