An ambitious project, Jerod. Great video. The good thing is that replacement sheet metal is available. Keep us posted.

Correction: The SC did not use the 912 engine. The 912 was a slightly de-tuned SC; lower compression ratio, therefore about 5 less HP.

You'd be surprised at how much you can bang out on a car like this, the metal knows the path back to it's shape, you just have to get it there.

Even my wife sat and watched your videos. Now that’s quite something. If there were such a thing a YouTube Oscars, you’d be nominated

Yeah these are pretty fun to watch. It was also kind of educational to see you methodically tear down things that I have not touched.

Working my way through all of Jerod’s YouTube videos. Like his style of presentations which is devoid of annoying music and hideous intros... Just straight forward DIY work on various cars.

Thanks Jerod for all the time you put into producing the videos!

Jerod,
I've been watching your videos for some time now. I'm amazed by the amount of things you know how to do.
From a 912 to a Model T and beyond.
Fun to watch!
Thanks.

Jarod, glad to see you posting here. I subscribed to your channel a few months back and have enjoyed your 356 videos, as well as your other classic car vids. Just recently saw the 912 "Drive the Beach" vid and figured you must be local to the South Bay, too. Perhaps we'll cross paths some day on the roads around PV. Keep an eye out for Mike W., too!
