Beautiful! It looks so much more finished with the hood handle installed.

Hello Harry,
Your restoration is stunning. There are a lot of nice details.
I have a few questions how did you convert the wiper motor to 12V
In this picture what is the large hose ?
and I assume this is a low pressure electric pump and filter.
Once again nice car.

The answer to your questions: Zims autotecnik has 12 to 6v reducer. Its not a hose, it’s the tach cable that has a foam covering. Yes it’s a 4 lb or so low pressure 12v fuel pump.
Regards,
Harry

Thanks for your answers.
I did not know that the 64C had a mechanical tachometer.

Hug, her stock tach was mechanical. After install we switched to electric, but left the mech tach cable in.Hugo Karasawa wrote: ↑Sat Apr 25, 2020 12:58 am Thanks for your answers.

After three long years, I am enjoying the heck out of this car. I am glad I invested in a complete and total restoration. I am also fine with driving her three-plus days a week even though she will show the wear and tear over time.
