I am looking for a license plate frame as pictured above in the photograph. I bought this car from Don Burns in 1970, and when I sold it, I let those plate frames go with the car.
Now that I have the car back again, I would like to find one to put back on the car.
I do have a Don Burns VW frame to trade if someone wants to match up a set for their Volkswagen.
Please send me a PM.

Hi Trevor,
Yesterday, Jay from Santa Anna, was at the Pomona Swap Meet. We will hook up this week, and I will ask him if he has the plate frame you are looking for. He doesn't bring the high end plate frames to the Swap Meet, but after the swap meet he will send a picture of the plate frame you are looking for, and if you like it and agree on a price, he will meet you and exchange the frame for cash. He is a god guy to deal with.
For those with a 53 Chevy.....FELIX Chevrolet Los Angeles license plate frames are available .

Hi Dick,
The pics I post in this thread are of just ones I've seen, not that I'm looking for, but thank you kindly for your offer. Maybe post up some pictures of Porsche ones that your friend Jay has, others are probably on the hunt. I found this Chick Iverson one for my car about 2 years ago.

Trevor,
Please call Steve at 714-614-5584 He has a store in Santa Anna.
He can reproduce the Chick Iverson License Plate Frame.
He also has in stock about 3 or 4 different original License Plate Frames from So Cal Porsche dealers.
Take care

I'm looking for one from Imported Motors out of Albuquerque. Any leads on one would be greatly appreciated.
Or I am looking for one from Intercontinental Motors out of San Antonio. The only lead I have for these is this guy...
http://www.vosaclub.org/phpBB3/viewtopi ... 26&t=11269 but vosaclub won't let me register for whatever reason and I can't contact this guy.
I'm still trying to figure out which dealer the car was purchased from. The Kardex lists the distributor as P.C. Southwest in San Antonio. The buyer's address is in Albuquerque. And a few service notations were done at P.C. Southwest. So I don't know. I've been trying to get in contact with the kin of the original owner but have yet to receive any response.
