Re: 356A 1957 Grey Metallic
Glenn, you may be able to see the image when you view the forum, but to the rest of us it is not an image, just a path to the image on your computer. I assume you have a Mac? I added some spaces in to the path so you would see it like we see it. You have two options when posting photos: click on attachments when posting and add the image, or host the photo somewhere on the web and add the URL, but you can't use the local path on your computer. I can't see the images in 6 of the last 7 posts, just the path on your computer.

The best option is to click on the full editor and preview. Then add the images under attachments, if you do it that way it’s really easy.

Trying to reproduce these is going to be a tough task.....But we will succeed.

Re: 356A 1957 Grey Metallic
I’d put in a lot of hours trying to save the old ones first rather than starting from scratch. Even welding in some sections of tube sounds preferable to also making the ends correctly

My overrider bars are similar to these and are slightly bent as well.
Is there anybody in the US who has experience straightening them prior to replating?
Thanks!

Re: 356A 1957 Grey Metallic
I sent mine to Christensen Plating in Los Angeles. Jose straightened them and repaired a kink by welding prior to plating. He does nice work.
