Corona Update....

Life has things tied up but I do have the engine vapor blasted! Cart before the horse if the engine is done before the body but Its reassuring to know that its all in good shape and I don't have to source engine parts! A little corrosion where the mouse nest was but not bad. Big bonus is it looks as if it all matches and appears to have been unmolested! It turned out so well I may have to strip the trans back down and have it cleaned also!

Stay Well Friends!

Long overdue update.... Started cutting some of the old metal off. Thanks to Bill in KC for selling me a jig he had used we have the frame bolted in and surprisingly enough it had matched up considering the amount of damage this had suffered in the front end in the past! Also I have fresh metal lined up to be installed back in!

would u cut the nose in half and ship to me? id pay for the trouble
See my 1957 speedster "backyard find" story in September\October 356registry magazine. I am always looking for an old Porsche to write stories about or interesting stories about an old Porsche to relay for the magazine.

That’s a lot of new metal! Enjoy the adventure.
But don’t go anywhere near your VIN stamp.
