Hi all. We are getting many inquiries about registering late for our regional event. Even though we sold out in less than 72 hrs with 156 attendees and 87 cars, coming from 21 states, our website will remain online until event close for event update information. Because of the many recent inquiries, we are in the process of negotiating some additional space with our hosts at the event site. We may be able to add a few more attendees to the roster. We don’t know for sure yet.
++++SHOUT OUT++++
We would like to extend a warm welcome and big thank you to our most recent additions as event supporters and sponsors. We will be updating the website with their info before long, but wanted to acknowledge them here first:
1. Unobtanium Inc.is providing something for our goodie bags. Adam Wright is a regular magazine and talk contributor and operates an active 356 parts company. As he often says in his ads “sometimes selling but always buying”. Call him for parts and project needs. https://unobtanium-inc.com
2. First time sponsor. Vince Bobba Restorations are Porsche 356 Specialists in Pleasanton, CA. Vince is well-known out that way, and is a long-time Porsche 356 craftsman and restorer. Give him a call at (650) 208-7861 for expert advice and services.
3. Vic Skirmants at 356 Enterprises. If you don’t know Vic, you just haven’t been around. Registry co-founder and accomplished SCCA driver of 51 years’ experience. Call him for expert transmission work, race prep, his excellent Z-bar setup, or the no leak, no glue cork/metal sandwich valve cover gaskets. http://356enterprises.com
Appreciate y’all. See you soon.

We just got things worked out so we can accommodate a few more guests. You must be a current 356 Registry member to participate; sorry, but unregistered drop ins or visitors not permitted because of strict event insurance requirements.

For those already registered we are full on & running wide open for hosting another fun and memorable event. New construction at the Tanglewood pavilion is done. Our sponsors and crew are over the top for high end mugs, shirts & coozies, with a variety of goodie bag stuff and support. Diane did her usual outstanding job on the grill badges. Events like Wolf Mountain, entertainment, beverages, food, drive routes with actual printed map books, and a silent auction are nailed down thanks to the crew working their lanes for months to get it all synched and locked. Agents 007 and 99 have the photo safari secret spy vs spy missions prepared for a rousing and spirited event. Hospitality goodies, fire pit, soft drinks, wines, and tapped kegs going from event start to finish. Come hungry for Friday brat nite and the Saturday Pig Pickin n feast. Outdoor live entertainment nightly by Tommy Joe is always a treat. The charity auction Sunday, after a breathtaking “Helen 100 km” drive and 5 star sit down meal at Glen Ella, has some super nice items again and auctioneers Daryle n Leonard are tuning up for the show. As always, any remaining funds after hosting this no corners cut full on holiday type four day event gets donated to the American Cancer Society.

See our website for details.

If interested in late registration contact me directly via email through this site as we can only add a few more. Don’t snooze. We look forward to hosting you…kinda the same but more better and a LOT of fun in 21…be there or dont come. Thanks.

Hello everyone and in particular to all of our registered guests. The crew is wide open getting ready and looking forward to hosting the event for you. We are primarily outdoors with a full on menu of eats, entertainment, hospitality 24/7 for snacks and refreshments, drives, adventure, fun, great 356 people, and a lot of cars.

Once you received your registration email confirmation last April no further action is needed on your part or ours. You’re registered, no worry! Just arrive safely Thursday the 9th and check in with us at the Tanglewood Deer Crossing Lodge as soon as possible. Sign in at our registration desk, get your goodie bag, mug, shirt, map book, lanyard with ID, and window sticker. We open check in at 9 AM and close at 6PM.

We have posted at Link3 on our website all current and updated information for all attendees. https://southavenuespeedshop.com/wp-con ... 021-V5.pdf Any additional info we feel you may need will be posted there prior to event start. Please make sure you review this link before you depart for Helen. Everything a registered guest may want to know about the event is on our website.

The event list is closed, there are no standbys, pending guests, or late registrations. The date for full refund cancellation has passed. If you at last minute can't attend, ask a friend to get your goodie bag & many event items and bring it home for you, and please let the Registrars know. The spiral bound, detailed, fourteen page event full color map book you will be given at sign in (one per car) contains event & photo safari info, schedule, routes & more. We are a rain or shine event and for the past five events we have been blessed with perfect weather, and we're hoping to be smiled on again. Long range weather forecast looking good.

We have cars coming from 23 states to include Washington state. Thank you for coming and a huge shout out and thank you again to our tremendous, helpful, and generous sponsors. Enjoy your time with us on beautiful GA Highway 356 & the surrounding area. See y’all soon.

Anybody with a cabin looking for a room mate? "Speedster Jack" needs a room and will split the cost. Thanks!

Thanks to all who participated.

To see what you missed but like a lot of 356 pics of both cars, the event, and your friends, here is a link to 378 photos by Robin Hoffman, Florida Owner Group.
