Distributer wire securing knurled screw cap

Any one making this cone shape distributer knurled screw cap insert which is holding the wire .
Need one for a friend finishing his engine.

Ibrahim, as far as I know they are not available but I would check with Peter Hofmann.

With you marching skills it might not be that difficult that fab a little pressing tool to make some. You could even just use some thin wall brass tubing from the model store. Anneal it and form on the lathe. After plating none will be the wiser.

Ibrahim,
I got these copper crimp sleeves at Home Depot or Lowes for a wiring project. They evidently come in different sizes; these are for wire sizes #10 - #18, and measure OD 6.12mm, ID 5.0mm and Length 9.5mm. It may be easier to start with something like these and only have to flare the plain end.
