Greg, I sure like the idea for carb tuning on non-standard cc situations (like my 1800cc S90.). I will order since it's so inexpensive. But on stock 356 exhaust can we just measure one side (with balanced airflow) or would it be smarter to put fittings on both sides? Also, should sensor be before or after muffler?

I worked with the lamda numbers looks like you are close. The early 911's with Solex carbs were notorius for poor gas milage and fouling pluga what you might want to invest in is an electronic ignition of some sort. I don't have any suggestions being away from the shop for some time now. I remember remember that the Delta Mark 10's were not the best. Alan The Stable.

I have an 911 solex motor on you tube look for 911 solex dyno and you will find a dyno pull I did there years Ago The motor was run to 7000 rpm. Alan The Stable.

I put a pair of bungs in the muffler end caps. Each O2 sensor does one side. I used 928 narrow band sensors, set up for use on the tune up bench. Have always had good luck after setting the carbs out of the car.

Setting the jetting at for instance 4000 rpm no load is meaningful to driving conditions?
