1955 Demister vents.

#1 Post by Rex Vandenberg »

Someone has cut off my demister vents leading from the cross tube to the dash in a previse life. Anybody know if these are made aftermarket , or who might chop some off for me.
Located Melbourne Australia.
Thanks
Rex

There are special rubber gaskets that connect the tips of the defroster tubes that you are missing to the dashboard vent slots. Last I checked Stoddard did not have them but Sierra Madre did.

Thanks all for above replies and who emailed me with second hand offers, and thanks Don from the USA for providing a reasonably priced pair.
