I can only speak for myself, but as a total "newby" in the Porsche world with the purchase of my first Porsche, a '55 1500 Continental coupe early last year, I wanted to learn as much as I could about them. I bought a book through Reutter by Frank Jung (2019) when I ordered my Certificate of Production last year. It offers a fascinating history of not only Porsche, but my other loves, pre-'68 VWs (especially the ones like my '56 Oval.) I also bought a highly recommended book authored by you, too (I got the one printed in February 2020 to ensure I had the most up-to-date info.) I have relied a LOT on the information provided in this book, "The 356 Porsche, A Restorer's Guide to Authenticity IV." It's really GOOD! But these posts with great photos that match the information in the book (like the flat seals with no reveal on the early hood handles that I noted having read about in this forum) is VERY helpful!

Yes, well there is an interesting feature I thought would be of interest to readers based on input from Amazon comments on previous editions about small muddy black and white images. It is called the Gallery and allows reader to view images in the book at much higher resolution online on demand and I include it with every book purchased online on my website www.tpr-inc.com. For those who don't, it is available online for $9.95 with no shipping charge. The two images displayed are exactly what is provided online. You can always ask me for information, as well.
