Until which year are mounted Cast Iron drum brakes on the 356 ?
The diameter is 230mm vs 280 for the alloy drum .
Are they VW products with an alloy cooling crown ?

Sometime in 1952 the aluminum drums were introduced.
Yes, they are VW drums with aluminum fins added.
