What is this small hole above the glove box? I can't seem to figure out what goes there...
sorry if this is super dumb - the car pieces I started with have not been together since 1991 so I'm slowly figuring out what's missing and how it all fits. Thank you!
Quick question?

Re: Quick question?
The other end of the clamp that holds the glove box is anchored there.
If I had known I would live this long I would have pushed the envelope a little harder.

Re: Quick question?
Chrome, cheese head machine screw for securing the clamping band that holds the fiberboard glovebox in place.
6 mm I believe, and there's a second one inside the glovebox lid at the bottom.
Nice dash!

Re: Quick question?
Hole for the screw that attaches the strap that holds the cardboard glove box insert in.
