Factory Luggage Photos & Info Needed!
Just received a surprise -- next magazine column needed early! I am writing about factory luggage and have photos of only one 3-piece set in black and two canvas bags -- one green and one red. I am no expert in this area and have no color photos. Please help. This will eventually (soon) be put on the website for everyone to reference.
If you can provide expertise in this area, that would also be more than a little useful.

Brett,
the usual suspects are here in the forum, but
too less factory informations on this, only the classic accessories lists and advertisment pics….
manufacturers contracts unclear, also the extend of deliveries and series.
much assuming ….. there is a good 000 on it #14…
Chris Stavros provided some pictures, also a thread here in the forum
viewtopic.php?f=13&t=29375
Factory luggage is also on some threads at ESR
I am trying since years to get any academic approach on it, but as all original manufacturer factories are closed, no history records from this side are available.
The factory archive is not really interested in it.
for any questions…

Brett,
Search the archives. I have posted pictures of my early three piece set before.

Re: Factory Luggage Photos & Info Needed!
I have a pretty good idea of what was made and when with suitcase sets going back to April of 1952! What I really need are photos of sufficient size and focus that can be used in the magazine and/or website. I don't need every little detail unless someone has already done this research and would like to share it for the "Options Project" for the website. If you don't know what this is you need find my column in the back of the magazine where I've started publishing this information illustrated with contemporary color and some historic images.
I do not have photos of the two suitcase set, the behind the rear seat 356A case or front leather 356A case.
While only 2 and 3-piece sets were made for the T 6 356B, they went crazy with varieties for the 356C. I have nothing but photocopied photos of any of the pieces unique to the 356C.
I don't use photos without permission and many images posted to forums are tiny and can't be used for publication.
