Mike, 1956 356A cars had single-pole lights on all 4 rear beehives, unlike the pre-A configuration you mention above, which have a single and dual-pole on each side. SWF single pole lights had K14xx approval numbers, and dual-pole were K32xx.

So for 356A T1:

K3215, clear front light with blinker, dual-pole socket and bulb (15/5 watt)
K1485, red brake and blinker, outer rear, single-pole socket and bulb (15 watt)
K1481, red tail light, inner rear, single-pole socket and bulb (5 watt)
Verified by checking on a couple unrestored, original-paint, low-mileage T1 cars spanning early 1956 to early 1957.
