Air cleaners and parts

#1 Post by John Wurner »

I have placed the Knecht air cleaners and parts for sale on the registry.
The parts puzzle me, does anyone know what they may represent?
The pieces on the left of the pic are a light weight metal.
Thanks, John

The black parts are for 912 snorkel filters.

Upper left I believe are Weber adapters. Knecht filters are for the '64-65 SC Solex carbs as they have the holes for the breather hose. Super 90's didn't have the holes.

John, (and Mike) I believe that the pieces in the upper left are Weber air horns for 40IDF. The pieces beneath appear to be replacement tops for using taller velocity stacks.
I don’t see any adapter plates for Weber’s.

The piece all the way on the left appears to be a carb top spacer. I use those to clear the banjos on my Dell's with a Weber type air cleaner.
