Buried deep in my shop I found the Lower Tubes, Thermostat, Cross Bar with flaps, and the Snout? So I re-finished them and installed, Is there a procedure to know
if there working properly. I'm assuming, warm up the engine, flaps fully closed..
 Thanks,
Bill
