6 volt regulator
This may be an old topic but if someone could point me in the right direction I’d appreciate it. Can anyone tell me if there is a list of 6volt regulators that mate-up with and work properly with a 6 volt generator designated LJ/GEG/200/6/2600 L19? I have a 1962 356B (T6) Super with a big black box regulator with markings RS/UA 200/6/23. Will a unit with 0190309017 marking work?

Re: 6 volt regulator
I know this doesn't answer your question regarding alternative replacements, but according to this SB from Porsche, the 200/6/23 is correct for your 2600 L19 generator.Robert L. Re: 6 volt regulator
And the part number is correct for October 1962 to July 1963.
