One of the previous owners was kind enough to disconnect all of the brake lines including the e brake cables. I have the e brake cables hanging loose coming from the cabin and pointing back towards the wheels, (rear e brakes, BTW). Do I just screw them back in? It can't be that easy, right?
On a related note, he also disconnected the actual brake lines. Seems that the lines are all there but, disconnected. My mind memory stopped functioning about 15 years ago and I didn't start with that much to begin with! Do I just reconnect the lines? Do I put any grease or anything on the fittings before screwing them together?

No lube on the hydraulic brake lines.
As to the hand brake go to the manual, it is well covered. I assume you mean the outer cable and inner are exiting the chassis left and right of the trans. Hooking up the brake cable to the expander mechanism is a little fiddly and some pictures from someone who has one in the assembly stage would help.

If I had known I would live this long I would have pushed the envelope a little harder.

And thank PRS for remaking this piece that was no where to be found for years. https://www.stoddard.com/90135294110.html Not sure if Stoddard/NLA makes their own or gets it from PRS.

So, I am guessing one of the previous owners thought these would work on the rear?
