I have ben trying unsuccessfully to contact Rusty Tubs to buy a Speedster hardtop but I can't get any response, are they still in business?

At the e-mail address given I sent two mails to Rick at Rusty Tubs. Still no reply. Also, tried to leave a message on a phone number I had. Message said the mailbox was full. Left an SMS with my phone number.
