The color is actually Azure Blue. It has a 911 engine 901 trans! Kicks ass!!!

After ten years + at last got 16 inch space savers on .
They fit with no interference issues, which was why I had been putting it off for so long !
Lowered the rear and the front a little .

I always thought a 356 was reminiscent of a 48 Merc. Weren’t those style of wheels originally Halibrands? It looks great

CIP1 had a Black Friday sale and Fake BRM's with silver in the centers were just 65.00 @. I love the 16's with turbo rings but I couldn't resist trying these out on Walt. We have a oval beetle that we can put these on as well.
Rims are 15x4.5 with Lee's old 165 Vredesteins on.
I might try a light charcoal gray on the centers. Or a dull silver, the metallic is pretty chunky now. They look to new and shiny for Walt, need to be toned down abit, but that's what gravel roads are for right?
