Sierra Madre Collection

#1 Post by Chatard Romain »

Good morning everyone,

I write on this topic because I'm a little bit surprised by the lack of response of 3 emails sent to SMC. Il have bought several times to the shop and I have good return. But for this time, it's a little bitincomprehensible their behaviour. Do you have a similar experience ?

Not at all, they've been great whenever I've contacted them. Pick up the phone and give them a call.

Chatard, I assume you are in Europe based on your posting time, so calling might not be so easy. But try anyway early evening your time which will be SM's wheelhouse work hours and see if you get a better response.

Thank you for all your response, how can I delete the post because my aim of the message was not to do bad advertising on SMC. Regards, Romain

The best approach would be to get in touch by phone, resolve the issue (as most of us expect SMC will strive to do very quickly) and report on the (likely) positive outcome. Most of our vendors are working very hard with limited resources to cover the many facets of this challenging business. They wouldn’t do it if they didn’t care about our cars, and customer service. SMC is one of those venders that goes out of its way on both counts. Best of luck.

I've dealt with them, always great. Suggest you call and ask to speak to Jorge.

Don't bother.
The subject is not pejorative and anyone who opens it is going to see that it's nothing other than a mis-understanding.
Strange the folks there don't at least check this site to thank you for your offer.
