If you are putting a sincro gear box in the car, it will not clear the "Bump" in the rear seats. That might explain the cut out. I reformed my '52 to clear the '53 sincro gear box I used. ………...Jim.

Hi Jim, yes the gearbox is from a slightly later drivetrain (early '53) so is the syncro type. Thanks for the heads up.

Body done. Now to get the export bumpers right before shipping back to Sydney and painting.
