In 1970's in Salt Lake city UT. Jim Shayne owned the Carrera .He bought it from Local guy also had RSK for sale for $3,000
and Jim and his mechanic shop partner Roger Westenskow test drove the RSK .Jim decided to buy the Carrera coupe instead RSK ....
Jim than gave the Carrera coupe to Roger his shop partner as payment ,took the Carrera engine out sold it to some one in Denver,Colorado
Jim and Roger still friends and they are trying to find out the guys name who bought the 4 cam engine in 1970.....I am waiting for another miracle ...Only God knows .....

Now Carrera is almost complete .I am missing few engine parts....
I would consider whole 1500 cc engine as short or long block needs work...or ?
If any one can help to get the word out ,would be greatly appreciate it...
Thank you.

Roy,
Just learned his first name: Walter

Also learned that Jules Meur started Liege Rome Liege in 1952 and rallied every year
He is a Liege Rome Liege veteran .
