I purchased a 60 super, looking for the original engine or at least the third member 85139. If you have anything close to it I would consider it. I bought the third member 85077 for it until I can find something closer. Will also consider a 616/2 complete engine so I can swap out the third member if needed

This engine came as a "spare" when I bought my Karmann C Coupe years ago. It has all its original grime, dirty oil in the crankcase, etc., and has been stored under plastic sheeting ever since. Two Zenith carbs are date stamped, 5/64. I don't know its history and its condition is a mystery to me. My joints and brain preclude any mechanical work so it's up for sale. It would be mighty fine to return it to its original home.
