Guys....seriously..... buy some Evapo-Rust . Soak nuts , bolts parts etc overnight and witness all rust gone and original metal.
I have used this for many years....on some terribly rusted but orignal nuts bolts etc .
It's fantastic. No acids, VOC's, safe in skin and eyes. Water-Soluble...
After soaking just rinse parts in warm water and dry thoroughly.
After this treatment you can now send away all parts for new plating,anodizing whatever.
Or just keep them as original ....
