Glen - Sorry I don't know of any vendors still making the roll over device that you can bolt to your drums/discs.
Neil - Only if doing major structural repairs would this be a concern.
Here's an SC that has been off the road for 30 years that Jack and Kerry got up and going. The owner had these McAfee wheels that Jack got polished up and the backspacing modified to clear the rear fenders. The tires are 185/70/15. I love the thick sidewall. Caps are custom made with Porsche crests. You can read about the history of the wheels here: Jack McAfee Wheels

That looks pretty good for a car that hasn't done anything in 30 years!

I agree Neil. Jack and Kerry have put a lot of work into getting it to where it is now.
Here a Golde sunroof 58 that came in for new P&C's.

Talking luggage racks... here's what is believed to be a Pre A luggage rack, you can see pictures on the Der White website of a sales ad:

Re: Jack Staggs' shop
Holiday season at the shop is bringing around a few engine rebuilds. Two in the works and another 2~3 coming in behind it.

Re: Jack Staggs' shop
Another one on Jack's tilter. Not all 356's can be Speedsters worthy of a Concours resto, some are "just" B and C Coupes with owners who have a budget (like 99% of us) and need a patch to get back on the road. I was happy to help out Jack this week by TIG welding in a one piece patch to half the floor, rear and side walls. If the owner decides in the future that he wants to do the battery floor to Concours standards a hole can be cut, leaving great metal as flanges to put an entire floor in.
