Plane might be a Mooney with the Porsche engine, hard to focus on the plane though.

I don't believe that is a Mooney, the smaller models don't have split windscreens - at least I cannot find an example that did.Bruce Ladd wrote:Plane might be a Mooney with the Porsche engine, hard to focus on the plane though.

'60s Mooney M20E with split windshield. ('80s Mooney M20L/PFM was the Porsche Carrera powered one.)

Yep. Wasn't easy, but here's a '64 w/ split screen:Dennis ODonnell wrote:'60s Mooney M20E with split windshield. ('80s Mooney M20L/PFM was the Porsche Carrera powered one.)

I stole this photo from Ebay and have no affiliation with the car. Now with the model, that's a different kettle of fish. I presume those 6 inch heels are for checking the integrity of the floors without having to climb under the car.

I guess maybe my tastes are counter to the mainstream, but is Vampira the most flattering hostess for that car - or most cars? Ugh. Or is it just too easy to drop by an adult costume shop and be done with it?

It looks like a Mooney, but the Porsche-powered Mooneys had different air intakes.Bruce Ladd wrote:Plane might be a Mooney with the Porsche engine, hard to focus on the plane though.

At first glance I thought "That must be a Pancho Gonsales tennis racket" but I'm pretty sure that it's not.Alain Buchert wrote:BT5
