Just received the sad news that Dave passed away on May 8.
R.I.P. Dave; we had some great races together.

He had some great stories, like when he was the Dr on he GT40 team, he convinced Ford to hire a copter to have him in the air at every race, in case there was an accident, he could be on the scene in seconds. He said there was never an accident but he did have a great seat for every race!
