Just looked at the Classifieds. Are some people unrealistic on prices, or is it me?

That's nothing, Look at the 356's on the PCA.org classifieds....

Value is in the eye of the buyer, not the observer.

Really nice cars are not usually cheap. Rough cars should be cheap but often aren't.
