Please forgive me if this posting is inappropriate. (Recently retired and too much time on my hands). Surfing the internet and came to learn some facts about the movie "Pretty Woman." The director/producer approached both Ferrari and Porsche about using one of their cars in the movie. Both declined saying they did not want to be involved with a movie dealing with "sex workers." Hence the use of the Lotus. The rest is history. As Vivian would say, "Big mistake. Huge!"
