I found this in Barn Finds and thought everyone would like to see to what extremes people will go. Do some of us have too much free time?
Anyway, check out this '81 911 with a 500 ci Cadillac V8 in it! The only problem I see, other than it might do a somersault it you gun it hard on takeoff, is that you'll never get to use the good looking luggage in the back seat!!

If you're going to do that, I think it would much cooler to install a 928 V-8.

At Rennsport, there was a vendor display of an aluminum V8 installation in a 911, very nicely done. I don't know which V8 but maybe a Cayenne? Unfortunately, no picture but I'm sure someone here has one.
