Help with Speaker Identification

I've had this speaker for a long time. Believe it may have gone to my Uncle's 57 VW. Can anyone identify what is belongs on? Stamp reads Made in Germany. Thanks in advance.

Clearly that’s a speaker with a question mark on it.
