911SC inspection-Not PPI Minneapolis

Anyone near NW Minneapolis area familiar with 911SC and willing to give general opinion after look and drive? For a small fee of course.Not a full PPI. Or worst case scenario a shop for PPI near NW suburbs. Car is near Rogers,Minnesota. PM me please A friend is interested in a car there that looks pretty good.Thanks Doug
